Igor Lamser co-founded Silver Brook Learning Center. With headquarters in New York and Mumbai, Silver Brook is a corporate training institute offering certification programs in finance and capital markets. Silver Brook's mission is to be the leading provider of corporate financial training and certification in Asia. 

Seeing a need for a centralized forum for risk managers to read the latest information within their category of risk, Igor also founded RiskCenter.com. RiskCenter has been reporting on every aspect of financial risk management including market, credit and operational risk since 1999. It has become the primary source of risk management content in the finance industry.

Igor sits on editorial advisory boards of several periodicals. He has been quoted in several publications on risk management issues and has both chaired and spoke at many industry conferences.

Ashley Gavin

Chief Product Development

Ashley Gavin was the founding Curriculum Director of Girls Who Code where she helped to build out intensive summer programs for high school students by creating innovative curriculum and hiring and training all program teachers. During her time at Girls Who Code 95% of all students desired to major in Computer Science and 99% desired to make a career in technology. Her students averaged a score of 89% on Stanford's Intro. To Computing final examination.

In addition to her work at Girls Who Code, Ashley has designed curriculum for Wesleyan University, Hopscotch, All Star Code , The Dalton School, and others. As a teacher, curriculum designer, and camp counselor her work has touched over 100k students.

Andrew Greenblatt

Andrew is the President and Co-Founder of BeneStream, a company dedicated to helping low-income workers by helping them enroll in public benefits through their workplace. He has launched several successful socially minded businesses, including Vendorboon, a social venture that uses the buying power of trade and professional associations’ member discount programs to improve the social and environmental impact of B2B spending, and Pride Diamonds, a socially responsible diamond mining company in Sierra Leone. Additionally, Andrew has taught social entrepreneurship at New York University. Andrew is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School.

Chad Vignola

Advisory Board

Chad maintains a deep, abiding interest in public education. He currently serves as Executive Director at the Literacy Design Collective. Prior to working at LDC he served as a vice president at New Visions for Public Schools, where he had responsibility for overseeing all instructional and operational supports including Common Core and teacher effectiveness implementations for 75 New York City public schools. Chad also served as a vice president at The Princeton Review, and as general counsel and executive director to the New York City Department of Education for many years. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Wharton School and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed coursework toward a doctorate in education leadership at New York University. When not working tirelessly to support educators, Chad is an avid bicyclist who leaves a lean, green footprint as he fearlessly navigates New York City streets.
